BURGLARY

On Thurs. 01/28/2010 at 2:47 pm an officer responded to Eggsotic, at 140 Sunrise Avenue reference a delayed burglary report.  The owner told police that he noticed his desk drawer was unlocked and a file box containing cash and miscellaneous business documents was missing.  The investigation is continuing.

GRAND THEFT

On Thurs. 01/28/2010 at 6:00 p.m. an officer responded to a house on Dunbar Road reference a theft report.  The homeowner told police she discovered several pieces of jewelry with a total value of approximately $20,000 was missing from an upstairs bedroom.  The investigation is continuing.

GRAND THEFT

On Mon. 01/25/2010, detectives received a phone from San Francisco.  The male subject told police he had been in Palm Beach the previous week and believed that his Panerai watch valued at $7,000 was taken sometime on the evening of  01/22/2010.  The investigation is continuing.

GRAND THEFT – Delayed

On Wed. 01/20/2010 an officer responded to a store on Worth Avenue reference a delayed theft.  The store manager told police that he found some items missing and reviewed the surveillance video. On the video he observed a couple remove several items and conceal them before leaving the store.  The investigation is continuing.

ARREST – Outstanding Warrant

SOTELO, Michael L. white/male, dob: 08/05/1982 of Wellington, FL.

Charge:         Outstanding warrant from Palm Beach County Sheriffs Office for failure to appear in court.  Warrant was confirmed and Sotelo was taken into custody and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.

ARREST – Outstanding Warrant

CARVER, Fredrick J., black/male, dob: 04/25/1989 of Boynton Beach, FL

Charge:         Two outstanding warrants from the Palm Beach County Sheriffs Office for failure to appear in court.  The warrants were confirmed and Carver was taken into custody and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.

ARREST – Habitual Traffic Offender

CORNER, Karim O,, black/male, dob: 03/12/1984 of

On Tues. 0/1/26/2010ll at 6:46 am, an officer conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation.  The driver, Corner, was identified as an habitual traffic offender.  There were 18 suspensions on his driver’s license dating back to 2002.  His license was currently revoked for felony possession of a controlled substance. 

FELONY DRUG ARRESTS

BRIGGS, Jason K., white/male, dob: 12/02/1977 of West Palm Beach, FL

Charges:       Possession of Schedule IV Substances (Xanax – Oxycodone)

                   Knowingly driving while license suspended. 

Briggs was taken into custody and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.

BLUNTSON, Edward L., black/male, dob: 09/08/1955 of  Lake Worth, FL

Charges:       Possession of a Schedule IV Substance (Xanax)

                   Unlawful possession of prescription drugs

                   Possession of marijuana under 20 grams

                   Possession of drug paraphernalia

Bluntson was taken into custody and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.

HARRELL, Travis T., black/male, dob: 01/28/1980 of Lake Worth, FL

Charges:       Possession of a Schedule IV Substance (Xanax)

                   Possession of Ecstacy/MDMA

                   Possession of marijuana over 20 grams

                   Possession of marijuana with intent to sell

                   Unlawful possession of prescription drugs

Harrell was taken into custody and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.

PARRY, Ryan, white/male, dob: 12/24/1987 of West Palm Bealch, FL

Charges:       Possession of a Schedule II Substance

                   Possession of a Schedule II Substance

                   Possession of a Schedule IV Substance

                   Possession of a Schedule II Substance with intent to sell

                   Possession of a Schedule IV Substance with intent to sell

                   Possession of marijuana under 20 grams

                   Possession of marijuana with intent to sell

                   Driving while license suspended

Parry was taken into custody and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.

SEIGEL, Scott H., white/male, dob: 05/03/1966 of West Palm Beach, FL

Charges:       Possession of Schedule II Substance

                   Possession of Controlled substance with intent to sell

                   Trafficking in a controlled substance

Siegel was taken into custody and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.
