YEAR ROUND WATER CONSERVATION EFFORT

The Palm Beach Police Department reminds residents that we are no longer under emergengy water restrictions imposed by the South Florida Water Management District.  As such, residents and businesses should adhere to our Town Ordinances for irrigation schedules and restrictions.  Landscape irrigation restrictions apply to all properties without regard to size or source of water (i.e. utility or private well).

IN SUMMARY:

Irrigation System usage for EVEN numbered addresses North of Southern Boulevard

• Lawn watering is permitted on SUNDAYS, TUESDAYS, and THURSDAYS from 12:01 AM to 9 AM, OR, from 9 PM to 12 AM. NOT DURING BOTH TIME PERIODS

Irrigation System usage for ODD numbered addresses North of Southern Boulevard

• Lawn watering is permitted on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, and SATURDAYS from 12:01 AM to 9 AM, OR, from 9 PM to 12 AM. NOT DURING BOTH TIME PERIODS

Irrigation System usage for properties on the WEST side of South Ocean Boulevard, South of Southern Boulevard

• Lawn watering is permitted on SUNDAYS, TUESDAYS, and THURSDAYS from 12:01 AM to 9 AM, OR, from 9 PM to 12 AM. NOT DURING BOTH TIME PERIODS

Irrigation System usage for properties on the EAST side of South Ocean Boulevard, South of Southern Boulevard

• Lawn watering is permitted on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, and SATURDAYS from 12:01 AM to 9 AM, OR, from 9 PM to 12 AM. NOT DURING BOTH TIME PERIODS

No watering is permitted on any day between the hours of 9 am to 9 pm everyday and NO IRRIGATION shall occur on Friday at anytime.

Hand watering is permitted on a daily basis using a single hose with an attached automatic shut-off/self cancelling nozzle.

Code Enforcement Notices to Appear will be issued for violations of water restrictions. The fines are $75 for the 1st offense, $125 for the 2nd offense, $250 for the 3rd offense and $500 for the 4th and any subsequent offenses.
