RECRUITMENT AND CAREERS

The Palm Beach Police Department continuously seeks qualified applicants for the position of police officer.  HOWEVER, THERE ARE NO RECRUITMENTS SCHEDULED AT THIS TIME.  PLEASE WATCH THIS SPACE FOR ANNOUNCEMENTS OF FUTURE RECRUITMENTS. 

   $54,299 - $66,063 - Police Officer starting salaries based on experience
   $51,772 - Trainee Salary - while attending police academy
   $54,299 - $80.376 - Certified Police Officer Salary Range

NOTE – Police candidates MUST possess an AA or AS degree or at least 60 credits from a regionally accredited college or university.  The degree or credits must include basic general education course requirements. Prior experience as a police officer and/or a BA or BS degree or 120 college credits are preferred.
